Take 5 Oil Change

Dave Moravcik Jr 2 months ago

After draining my oil, the service tech then asked me which oil change I wanted. Told him the $49 economy option. He said they "didn't have that one." So I had to go with the $89 option instead. I also had a $25 off coupon. He claimed it locked up his computer and wouldn't scan it and told me I had to pay full price. I told him no, it's not my fault you can't get your system to work and that he could manually adjust the price if he needed to. He said he couldn't and said he could take the oil out of my car and I could call a tow truck. He eventually added a coupon that took $22 off, which I agreed to because I wanted to make sure my vehicle would still run when they were done. Never checked any other fluids, never checked tire pressure, nothing else. Will absolutely never go to this joke of a place again. Beware!

I don't normally leave Google reviews, but I couldn't in good conscience pass up the opportunity to give these guys the praise they deserve. Everyone is honest and does a fantastic job. I'd give them 6 stars if I had the option. There's no reason to ever get my oil changed anywhere else but here.

Excellent experience, both techs were friendly and efficient. Kai explained each step and was honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. There was never a hard sell on products I did not need to replace. I appreciated the honesty and the service with a smile. Will definitely be back for next oil change.

Please recognize technician Kai. I have an Escalade and he is the first person to ever tell me I need my cabin filter checked which I didn’t know I had. It was beyond need of replacement. He was patient accessing it and replacing it. He takes great pride in his work and ensuring guest satisfaction.
